What is the time frame before my credit card account will be charged?
The charge to your account will be completed upon completion of your order and prior to being shipped.
If I change my mind can I cancel the order once it has been submitted online?
Once your order has been placed online there is no process for cancellation and the order will be processed.
What are my chances of being able to make further changes on a particular design?
Dickielee.com is unique from our competitors as each of our jewelry is made to order based on your specification. Because we specialize in tailoring each piece to fit an individual’s personal style and taste, patrons are encouraged to contact us by email with personal comments. We will consider any special request subject to availability of stones, beads, and other components. However, we can not guarantee any alterations (outside of our normal selection process) will be interpreted precisely to your wishes.
Are there sales taxes charged to my order?
None. We will pay the sales tax where applicable.

What shipping options do I have?
United States Postal Service will be the shipping method used. We can ship products anywhere in the
United States including Alaska and Hawaii free of charge. There may be a 2-3 days delay before we can ship your order. Each jewelry is custom made to your specification. Thus, to ensure you receive the highest quality, it will require time to create your order.
Will Dickielee.com ship internationally?
Yes, with a flat promotional fee of $5.00 applied to all international orders.
How can I be sure my order has been shipped?
Once the order has been filled and shipped you will receive notice through an e-mail message. An email with your tracking number will be sent 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received a Shipping Notification email after 3 days of placing your order, please contact us by email and provide your invoice number.
If merchandise is damaged how do I return it?
All care will be taken to assure that the jewelry and gifts we ship are well padded for protection, so hopefully it should arrive in one piece. However if the product is damaged you have 10 working days to return the product in its original jewelry box and condition with an explanation for the return. All returned products will require a purchase order number. Contact us by email and provide your order number.
