Return/Refund Policy
 All purchase is backed with our 100% guaranteed satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your dickielee.com jewelry purchase, we will be happy to refund your money. Customers have 10 days upon receipt of merchandise to request a full refund. Please return the merchandise in its original packaging box. Note: Any evidence of wear or tear to the merchandise will not be accepted.
All REFUNDS will require a Return Product Notification (RPN) number in order to process. Contact us by email and provide your order number to obtain your RPN number and return instructions.
